In order to curb server abuse and to help everyone who shares servers have the most resources available please make sure you have the following settings. If you use POP3 please set your account to check no more than 15 minutes. If you set this for a shorter period of time or keep clicking on send and receive your ip will be blocked and will require us to manually unblock you. This policy does not apply to IMAP protocol. When setting up email accounts you should choose IMAP for best results.

****Email Forwarders*****

If you are using email forwarders to Hotmail, MSN, YAHOO, or AOL your forwarder has been disabled because these providers will block our mail servers. Due to spam that goes into your account being forwarded they blacklist our server instead of the original spammer. So in order to prevent this hassle we are not allowing email to be forwarded to these accounts. You may still use Gmail at this time or any other provider. If you must use AOL, then setup AOL to check your account via IMAP so you pull in emails directly. Please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
